Garud Support Service employers select job seekers based on hiring criteria. Each candidate is thoroughly interviewed, and their skills are tested for a variety of reasons, including cognitive, behavioral, and interpersonal skills. Candidates have the opportunity to perform a basic medical and clinical examination. All candidates should be recommended by trusted sources. Only after meeting these requirements are eligible candidates to join the Garud Support Service to be trained for their role in the organization.
