Recognition and Awareness: This is the first step to training and we believe it is important for all employees, regardless of profession. This is a great way to share important information about your business as a whole. Basic training to help employees understand their role in the organization: All employees attend safety training courses, including classroom and field training.

Education-oriented education: conducted to improve the skills of existing employees. It's ahead. You can also share new information, short-term policies, and goals. Six months of training is underway, which helps assess actual leadership. With experienced instructors and an internal support environment, we will transform future employees into tomorrow’s professionals.
